CORRIGENDUM TO
NOTIFICATION No.16/SO/2020, DT: 22.10.2020
It is hereby notified that Paragraph No.2 of the Notification No.16/SO/2020, Dated: 22.10.2020 relating to sitting arrangements of the Hon'ble Judges during Dussehra Vacation, 2020, shall stand modified and the same be read as under :
"2. During the Vacation, the following Hon'ble Judges will be sitting in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, for hearing the matters as mentioned in the table :

Note :
i. After completion of Division Bench work, their Lordships will take up Single Bench matters.
ii. In case of exigency, a Special Division Bench will be constituted with the permission of the Hon'ble The Chief Justice during the vacation."
Further, to Paragraph No.4 of the said Notification dated 22.10.2020, clause 'iii(a)', is added, and the same reads as under:
"iii (a) Criminal Petitions/Writ Petitions of any urgent nature which
require attention of the Court for hearing during vacation."
