It is further ordered that the Deputy Executive Engineer, PR of Zone- IV shown below is also permitted to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years on the date noted against his name at Column (5) of the table without prejudice to the disciplinary cases, pending against him, if any and also subject to condition that the disciplinary proceedings shall continue to be in force, even after his retirement under Article 351 (A) of Pension Code Rule 9(2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980.
