ORDER :

Whereas in the reference 1st cited, the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Adoni was appointed as Inspecting Officer U/s 52 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964 to conduct inspection into the affairs of T.G.L. Gopal Setty Polytechnic Students Cooperative Stores Ltd., Y.Y.No.163, Adoni.

Whereas in the reference 3rd cited the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has requested to take necessary action as per the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies, Act and Rules for winding up the affairs of the T.G.L.Gopal Setty Polytechnic Students Cooperative Stores Ltd, Y.Y.No.163, Adoni.

In view of the circumstances stated above by virtue of the powers delegated to Deputy Registrar of the Coop. Societies under section 64 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop.

Societies Act, 1964. I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni here by Winding up the affairs of the T.G.L. Gopal Setty Polytechnic Students Coop. Stores Ltd, Y.Y.No.163, Adoni.

Whereas in the reference 2nd cited the Inspection Officer submitted the Inspection report U/s-52 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964. The Inspecting Officer has submitted that the Ex-Management of the society is not doing any business, most of the members have withdrawn their shares from the society and the college admissions were also stopped since 2018. Further, she has verified the records of the society and found that no transactions were recorded since long time and Managing Committeemembers are not interested in affairs of the society and passed a resolution to windup the affairs of the society. In view of the circumstances stated above by virtue of the powers delegated to Deputy Registrar of the Coop. Societies under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop.

Societies Act, 1964. I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni here by appointed the Junior Inspector, O/o the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Adoni as Liquidator to the T.G.L. Gopal Setty Polytechnic students Coop. Stores Ltd, Y.Y.No. 163, Adoni.

The appointed liquidator is requested to complete the liquidation process and submit the final closure report and repot compliance to the under signed.
