ORDER:
In the reference cited, the District Medical and Health Officer, W.G.District forwarded the proposals in respect of Dr.Tangirala Rajesh, CAS, PHC, Kirlampudi, E.G. Dist., for acceptance of the resignation of the individual, as he was provisionally selected and appointed as Assistant Professor in APME service under rule 10 (a) (i) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules and tendered resignation to the post of CAS.
After careful examination of the matter, and keeping in view of the provisions under Rule 30 of State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 11, 2020 The above CAS is informed that his lien in this Department is here by forfeited and his name will be deleted in seniority rolls of DPH & FW AP and also informed that he cannot be considered for reappointment at any reason from the date of his relief on his resignation.
The District Medical and Health Officer, West Godavari District is requested to take necessary further action for relief from the present place of working.
