MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (G) MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT – RATIFICATION OF ACTION TAKEN BY THE CDMA, AP, GUNTUR IN APPOINTING THE FOREST SETTLEMENT OFFICER, ANANTHAPURAMU, AS SPECIAL OFFICER TO PUTTAPARTHI NAGARPANCHAYAT IN PLACE OF REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, PENUKONDA - ORDERS – ISSUED.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas in the reference 7th read above, orders were issued extending the term of the Special Officers of certain ULBs in the State including Puttaparthi Nagarpanchayat for a period of Six (6) months w.e.f. 03.07.2020 or till the elected body comes into office, whichever is earlier. Whereas in the reference 8th read above, the CDMA, AP, Guntur has informed that in the proceedings Roc.No.13021/28/2020/H, dated:10.11.2020, he has appointed the Forest Settlement Officer, Ananthapuramu, as Special Officer to Puttaparthi Nagarpanchayat in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda, in view of the urgency till 02.01.2021 or elected body comes into office, whichever is earlier and requested the Government to ratify the action taken by him.

2. Government after careful examination hereby ratify the action taken by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Guntur in having appointed the Forest Settlement Officer, Ananthapuramu, as Special Officer to Puttaparthi Nagarpanchayat in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda, in view of the urgency till 02.01.2021 or elected body comes into office, whichever is earlier vide proceedings Roc.No.13021/28/2020/H, dated:10.11.2020 in anticipation of the Government orders. (1)

3. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Guntur is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
