REGISTRATION AND STAMPS DEPARTMENT - "NAVARATNALU PEDALANDARIKI ILLU" SCHEME - SALE AGREEMENTS ISSUED UNDER PMAY G+3 FLAT ALLOTMENTS IN FAVOUR OF BENEFICIARIES - APPOINTMENT OF TAHSILDAR OF TADEPALLI, MANGALAGIRI AND TULLURU MANDALS AS JOINT SUB REGISTRARS U/S. 6 OF REGISTRATION ACT, 1908 - FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION OF SALE AGREEMENTS COVERED UNDER SCHEME OF APTIDCO - PMAY-G+3 FLATS.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No.16 of 1908) and in partial modification of all other notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Tahsildar of Tadepalli, Mangalagiri and Tulluru of ACCA (Rural) as Joint Sub-Registrar in their respective territorial jurisdiction for specific purpose of registration of Sale Agreements for the G+3 flats being executed under NAVARATNALU- PEDALANDARIKI ILLU, until further orders.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect for the above said purpose only.
The Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and the Commissioner & Inspector General, Registration & Stamps, A. P., Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly.
