The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.429/AP/SOU-3/2020, dated 24th December, 2020/ 3 Pausha, 1942(Saka) is published:-

No.429/AP/SOU-3/2020:- In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section-13(B) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the ElectionCommission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.429/AP/2014, dated 3rd September, 2014, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of the Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:- 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V] For the existing entries in column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of the following Assembly Constituency shown in column(1) of the said table, the entries shown against the Assembly Constituency in column (2) below shall be substituted:-
