N O T I F I C A T I O N
In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Arup Kumar Goswami, Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court, as Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court and to direct him to assume charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
