EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF SPECIAL OFFICERS TO THE ZILLA PRAJA PARISHADS IN THE STATE UNDER THE ANDHRA PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 (ANDHRA PRADESH ACT NO. 13 OF 1994) w.e.f., 05.01.2021.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 250-A of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994), the Government hereby extend the term of the Special Officers or a Persons-in-charge or a Committee of persons-in-charge to Zilla Praja Parishad who were appointed in G.O.Ms.No.107, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development(Elections & Rules) Department Dated: 04.07.2019 with effect from 05.01.2021 to exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the Zilla Praja Parishad for a period of six (6) months or till the date of assumption of office of the Members and office bearers of Zilla Praja Parishad elected in accordance with due process, whichever is earlier.
