WINDING UP OF SRI RAMA CHANDRA COOPERATIVE COLLECTIVE FARMING SOCIETY LIMITED, NO.H.240, NALI, KAMMANAMOLU, NAGAYALANKA MANDAL OF KRISHNA DISTRICT - FINAL CLOSURE OF THE AFFAIRS OF SOCIETY UNDER SECTION 66 (4) OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1964 - LIQUIDATION COMPLETED - CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF THE SOCIETY UNDER SECTION 68 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1964.
Read : 1. Proceeding Rc.No.332/2012/G, dt: 16.07.2015 of the Deputy' Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Machilipatnam under Section 64 of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964.

*** 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 7, 2021 Whereas in view of the said circumstances it is felt desirable to wind up the affairs of the society under provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 ordered by appointing Sri.Md.Ghouse, Senior Inspector, Machilipatnam Sub Division, as Liquidator of Sri Rama Chandra Cooperative Collective Farming Society Limited, No.H.240, Nali, Nagayalanka Mandal under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 Vide proceedings 1st read above.
Whereas the Liquidator of the society has submitted a report stating that on inquiry it is noticed that he issued a notice under Section 51(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to obtain objections and claims before on 22.04.2018 from the date of issued, but no objection and claims were received from any one member of the society.
Further the Liquidator has reported that General Body meeting Notice was issued on 12.05.2018 at 11.00 A.M and the venue is in the office of the Krishna District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd, Nagayalanka. A copy of the notice was affixed on the notice board of the Divisional Co-operative Officer, Machilipatnam, Gram Panchayathi, Nagayalanka, Tahsildar, Nagayalanka Mandal Praja Parishad Officer, Nagayalanka, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Nagayalanka, Krishna District Cooperative Central Bank, Nagayalanka (Branch).
But no one member of the society has attended for general body meeting and no objections and claims were received from them.
Finally, the Liquidator concluded that the society is not working from several years and there is no interest to run the society by the members. Hence the affairs of the society may be wound up. Finally the Liquidator recommended the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Machilipatnam to close the affairs of the Sri Rama Chandra Cooperative Collective Farming Society Limited, No.H.240, Nali, Kammanamolu Nagayalanka Mandal of Krishna District. Finally under the provisions of the section 68 of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and to issue necessary final closure proceedings and cancellation of the Registration of the society.
In view of the above circumstances and report of the Liquidator of the society, I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Machilipatnam by virtue of powers vested with me as per the G.O.Ms.No.34 F & A, Coop. IV Dept.dt.16.1.1989 under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 that the Registration of the Sri Rama Chandra Cooperative Collective Farming Society Limited, No.H.240, Nali, Kammanamolu, Nagayalanka Mandal of Krishna District is here by cancelled with immediate effect. The above said society shall therefore cease its exit as a corporate body from the date of issue of this Orders.
