Sri MADDALA RAMAKRISHNAMMA EDUCATIONAL TRUST, VEERAVASARAM, W EST GODAVARI DISTRICT - GRANT OF EXEMPTION FROM THE OPERATIONS OF THE PROVISIONS OF ALL SECTIONS OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH CHARITABLE AND HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS & ENDOWMENTS ACT, 1987 (30/87).

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 154 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 1987, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby grant exemption to Sri Maddala Ramakrishnamma Educational Trust, Veeravasaram, West Godavari District from the operation of all sections of the A.P.C & H.R.I and Endowments Act 30/87 except to sell the schedule properties of the trust. All the remaining absolute rights of mortgage, transfer or to keep the schedule properties as security to the Government or Universities for the development of educational institutions lies with the Managing Committee of the Educational Institutions holds good as earlier.
The Spl.Commissioner of Endowments, Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter.
