APPOINTMENT OF Sri K. SUBHAN, S/o. K. MAHABOOB BASHA, R/o HAMPA VILLAGE, MADDIKERA MANDAL, ADONI DIVISION, KURNOOL DISTRICT, AS GOVERNMENT KAZI FOR MADDIKERA MANDAL, KURNOOL DISTRICT, INITIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-2 of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadans residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri K. Subhan, S/o. K. Mahaboob Basha, R/o Hampa Village, Maddikera Mandal, Adoni Division of Kurnool District, as Government Kazi for Maddikera Mandal, Kurnool District, initially for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada / The District Collector, Kurnool is directed to take necessary action, accordingly.
