ORDER :

Where as in the references 1st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-op. Societies, Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of the Islampeta Mahila Primary Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd., J.No.834, Ongole, Prakasam District under section 64(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act of 1964 and appointed Smt. K. Anuradha, SeniorInspector, O/o the Sub-Divisional Co-operative Officer, Ongole as its liquidator. The Liquidator reported that she has initiated the action to secure the records of the society and ascertain the whereabouts of the office bearers as well as members of the society and her efforts are proved in vain. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 23, 2021 W hereas in the reference 2 nd cited the liquidator has reported that the General Body meeting was convened on 18.02.2019 at 11.00 A.M at the Sub-Divisional Co-operative Office, Ongole and no member of the society attended the said General Body meeting.

Whereas the Liquidator of the Islampeta Mahila Primary Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd., J.No.834, Ongole of Prakasam District has submitted proposals for final closure of the said society. Duly considering the report of the liquidator of the said society and in exercise of the powers delegated to the undersigned under Sec. 68 of Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act of 1964. It is here by ordered for final closure of the affairs and cancellation of the Islampeta Mahila Primary Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd., J.No.834, Ongole of Prakasam District and the said society shall cease to exist as corporate body from the date of order.
