The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.434/AP- HP/2020 (2), dated 4th February, 2021 / 15 Magha, 1942 (Saka) is republished:-
NOTIFICATION
No.434/AP-HP/2020 (2) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following further amendments in its Notification No.434/AP-HP/2019, dated 15th March, 2019, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-
For the existing entries in column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of the following Parliamentary Constituency shown in column (1) of the said table, the entry at S.No.1 shown against the Parliamentary Constituency, the entry below in column (2) 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V TABLE
