The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.434/AP- LA/2020 (1), dated 4th February, 2021 / 15 Magha, 1942 (Saka) is published:-

NOTIFICATION

No.434/AP-LA/2020 (1) – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following further amendments in its Notification No.434/AP-LA/2014(3), dated 5th March, 2014, as amended from time to time, read with Notification No.434/AP-LA/2014(3), dated 16th October, 2014,relating to the appointment of the Returning Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:- For the existing entries in column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of the following Assembly Constituency shown in column (1) of the said table, the entry shown against the Assembly Constituency in column (2) below, shall be substituted:- 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V TABLE
