The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.434/AP- LA/2020 (2), dated 4th February, 2021 / 15 Magha, 1942 (Saka) is published:-
NOTIFICATION
No.434/AP-LA/2020 (2) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following further amendments in its Notification No.434/AP-LA/2019(2), dated 15th March, 2019, as amended from time to time, read with Notification No.434/AP-LA/2014(4), dated 20th October, 2014, relating to the appointment of the Assistant Returning Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-
