RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 30 OF 2013) - ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT AUTHORITY U/S.51 OF THE ACT - APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING OFFICER FOR LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT AUTHORITY FOR VISAKHAPATNAM REGION UNDER SECTION 52 OF THE ACT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 52 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30 of 2013) the Government hereby appoint Sri U.Satya Rao, Retired District Judge as Presiding Officer for the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for Visakhapatnam Region.
Sri U.Satya Rao, Presiding Officer for the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for Visakhapatnam Region will exercise jurisdiction, powers conferred on it under the said Act for the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and East Godavari districts.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh and the District Collectors Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari shall take necessary action accordingly.
