In partial modification of the notification in 3rd reference cited, on the request of the Government, vide reference 1st cited, informing change of posting of Ms. Bhawana, IAS Probationer, from Nellore District to Krishna District as Assistant Collector (under training)and requesting to confer Magisterial Powers on her during the period of her training in the Krishna District, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 and Section 18 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby while withdrawing the powers conferred on her to [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, February 26, 2021 function as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Nellore District, confers all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class/ Special Metropolitan Magistrate to Ms. Bhawana, IAS Probationer in respect of particular cases or particular classes of cases as may be specified by the Chief Juducial Magistrate/Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of the Krishna District, up to one year from the date of her joining, vide notification 3rd reference cited, during the period of her training in the Krishna District. The Chief Judicial Magistrate/Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Krishna District is requested to issue special orders under Section 14(1) and 15(2)/under sub-section (3) of Section 19 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 as to the distribution of business to Ms. Bhawana, IAS Probationer in Krishna District defining the local limits of the areas within which the aforesaid IAS Probationer may exercise the powers.
