NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 114 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act 30 of 1987), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the table of notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.724, Revenue (Endts.III) Department, dated the 02.09.1996 relates to the levy of tolls in respect of the ghat road within the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams area.

AMENDMENT

In the tale of the said notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.724, Revenue (Endts.III) Department, Dated the 02.09.1996 the following shall be substituted namely.

** Heavy Buses and heavy Trucks are not being allowed in Ghat Roads, but a provision is made in case of future requirements.
