ORDER:-
Whereas in the reference 1st cited, the Junior Inspector, O/o the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, pathikonda was appointed as Inspecting Officer U/s 52 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964 to conduct inspection into the affairs of the B. Agraharam Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative society Ltd, Y.Y.No.189, B. Agraharam.

2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, March 3, 2021Whereas in the reference 2nd cited the Inspecting Officer submitted the Inspection report U/s-52 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964. The Inspecting Officer has stated that he has proceeded to the society and on his local enquiries , there are no members residing in the village and there addrecess are whereabouts not known and, as seen from the Audit Reports from 2010-11 to 2018-19 no transactions were recorded during the above financial years. Further, he has stated that, the members are not interested to run the affairs of the society and there is no possibility of revival of the society and recommended for winding up the affairs of B. Agraharam Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., Y.Y.No.189, B. Agraharam.
Whereas in the reference 3rd cited the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has requested to take necessary action as per the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies, Act and Rules for winding up the affairs of the B. Agraharam Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd, Y.Y.No.189, B.Agraharam.
In view of the circumstances stated above by virtue of the powers delegated to Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964. I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni here by appointed the Senior Inspector, O/o the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer,pathikonda as Liquidator to the B. Agraharam Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative society Ltd, Y.Y.No.189, B. Agraharam.
The appointed liquidator is requested to complete the liquidation process and submit the final closure reeport and repot compliance to the under signed.
