No. 429/AP/SOU-3/2020:- In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section-13 (B) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notifications No. 429/AP/2014, dated 3rd September, 2014 and No. 429/AP/2014, dated 2nd February, 2015, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of the Electoral Registration Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-
