RETIREMENT OF CERTAIN PROSECUTING OFFICERS ON ATTAINING THE AGE OF SUPERANNUATION DURING THE YEAR 2021.

NOTIFICATION

The following Prosecuting Officers shall retire from service on attaining the age of Superannuation on the dates noted against their names during the year, 2021, without prejudice to the continuance and finalization of the disciplinary proceedings, if any ordered or to be ordered against them by the competent authority under relevant rules and if disciplinary proceedings are not concluded, in such a case, he is eligible for provisional pension as provided under Rule 52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised pension Rules, 1980 :
