NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the A.P. Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby order that no penalty shall be levied under Section 6 of the said Act, if the Motor Vehicles Advance Tax due for payment by 31.10.2021 quarter ending 31-12-2021 under Section 4 of the said Act in respect of Motor Transport Vehicles is paid on or before 30-11-2021.
