NOTIFICATION
No.1764/SEC-F1/2021-1 Date: 01.11.2021 In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 243-ZA of the Constitution of India, Section 24 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 and Sections 11 and 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act, 1994, the State Election Commissioner, hereby, calls upon the registered voters of all the Wards in the Nellore Municipal Corporation to elect Members of their respective Wards in accordance with the provisions of the said Acts and Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005 made thereunder.

NOTIFICATION
No.1764/SEC-F1/2021-2 Date: 01.11.2021 WHEREAS, the State Election Commission has, by its Notification No.1764/SEC- F1/2021-1, Dt.01.11.2021, called upon the registered voters of all the Wards in the Nellore Municipal Corporation to elect the Members of their respective Wards;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of Sections 11 and 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act, 1994 read with Section 33 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 (As amended vide A.P. Ordinance No. 3 of 2020), the State Election Commissioner, hereby, appoints with respect to the said election.
