NOTIFICATION
No.1766/SEC-F1/2021-3 Date: 01.11.2021 In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 243-ZA of the Constitution of India, Section 11 & 14 of the A.P. Municipal Corporations Act, 1994 read with Section 24 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955, the State Election Commissioner, hereby, calls upon the registered voters of certain Wards in the Municipal Corporations as given below to elect Members of their respective Wards, to fill up the casual vacancies in the said Wards, in accordance with the provisions of the said Acts and Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005 made thereunder.

NOTIFICATION
No.1766/SEC-F1/2021-4 Date: 01.11.2021 WHEREAS, the State Election Commission has, by its Notification No.1766/SEC-F1/2021-3, Dated 01.11.2021, called upon the registered voters of certain Wards in the Municipal Corporations as specified therein to elect the Members of their respective Wards to fill up the casual vacancies in the said Wards;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of Section 11 & 14 of the A.P. Municipal Corporations Act, 1994 read with Section 33 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 (as amended vide A.P. Ordinance No. 3 of 2020), the State Election Commissioner, hereby, appoints with respect to the said election.
