Read the following: - 1. From the Commissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau ( SEB ) , vide Cr.No.GAD01 - SEBOMISC/ 12/ 2021 - SEB -II , dt : 25.10.2021 .
2. G.O.Rt.No.4349 , Dated : 31.10.2021 . Finance ( FMU.GAD.I ) Department, ORDER : -
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner, Special Enforcement Bureau ( SEB ) , Andhra Pradesh , in the reference 1st read above , and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department in the references 2nd read above , Government , after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau ( SEB ) , Andhra Pradesh for an amount of Rs.3,02,85,000/- ( Rupees Three crore Two lakh Eighty Five thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 towards destruction of Ganja plantation for the crop year 2021-22 in agency areas of Visakhapatnam and East Godavari districts .
2. TheCommissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau ( SEB ) , Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action , accordingly .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( FMU.GAD.I ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HROTFR ( FINC )/ 28 / 2021 - HR - V , Dt : 29.10.2021 (Computer No. 1543900 ) .
