ORDER :
No.72 In the cir MASAKATI MONDAY, NOVEMBER & RAMissioner & Direct &-639 Municipal Administration , Guntur and the Commissioner , Panchayat Raj & Rural DeveNOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENpectively and also notification issued in the reference 7th read above , Government hereby notify the areas covered under erstwhile Pamidi Nagar Panchayat , Ananthapuram District as Pamidi Gram Panchayat , in relaxation of ban imposed on re - organization of Gram Panchayats in the reference 4th read above .
2. Accordingly , the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dt.08.11.2011 .
3. The Commissioner , Printing , Stationery & Stores Purchase , Vijayawada is requested to publish the Notification , immediately .
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act , 1994 ( Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994 ) read with the Rules relating to A.P. Gram Panchayats ( declaration / de - notification / constitution of villages ) issued in the G.O.Ms.No.542 , Panchayat Raj & Rural Development ( Pts.IV ) Department , dated 03.12.2007 , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby notify the areas covered under erstwhile Pamidi Nagar Panchayat , Ananthapuram District as Pamidi Gram Panchayat .
4. This G.O. has to be published in the A.P.e gazette .
