No.157/AP-LC/2021:- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section- 13(B) of the Representation of the People Act (43 of 1950) and in supersession of the Commission's Notification No.157/AP-LC/2006, dated 27th September, 2006, and its subsequent amendments made therein from time to time, the Election Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with Government of Andhra Pradesh, Officers of the Government, as specified in column(2) of the Table below, as Electoral Registration Officer for Local Authorities' 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V]
