It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that Dr.N. Geethanjaliwho was appointed as temporarily as Civil Assistant Surgeon under Rule 10 (a)(i) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules of 1996 and reported for duty on 16.02.2019 and she went on un-authorized absence from duty w.e.f. 01.08.2019 onwards without prior permission from the competent authority. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II Article of Charges have been framed against the individual vide reference 4th cited with instructions to submit her written statement of defense, otherwise further action will be processed based on the material available. But the individual has not submitted her statement of defense.

The Project Officer, District Training Team, Ananthapuramu has been appointed as Inquiry officer to inquire into the charges framed against the above Delinquent officer, vide reference 5th cited.

The Inquiry officer has submitted the Inquiry report besides informing that the individual has not attended for the enquiry on 30.07.2021, vide reference 6th cited.

Therefore, after careful examination of the matter, Dr. N. Geethanjali, CAS, PHC, Gorantla, Ananthapuramu, District is hereby terminated from her services from the date of her unauthorised absence from duty i.e., w.e.f. 01.08.2019.
