Housing Department – Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu Programme – Constitution of State Level and District Level Technical Committees for providing of Infrastructure facilities at YSR Jagananna Colonies – Administrative sanction

[G.O.Rt.No.81, HOUSING (R&UH.A2) DEPARTMENT, 20th October, 2021]

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, in the reference 6th read above, the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, keeping in view the decision taken by the Hon'ble Chief Minister during the Review Meetings held on 23.03.2021 and 05.05.2021 on Housing activities; and also in view of the decision taken by the Group of Secretaries held on 07.05.2021 at CM's Camp Office on Infrastructure in YSR Jagananna Colonies; has proposed to Constitute a "State Level Technical Committee"; and "District Level Technical Committees" with the Superintending Engineers of Rural Water Supply, Panchayat Raj, Public Health, DISCOMS, Representative of the A.P.S.F.L. at District level with the Project Director (Housing) as 'Convener' for preparation of standard designs, drawings, bid documents, etc. based on the recommendation of the State Level Committee for Infrastructure works being taken up in Jagananna Layouts.

2) Government, after careful and detailed examination of the facts and circumstances, hereby accord permission to Constitute a "State Level Technical Committee" and "District Level Technical Committees" with the following members and the scope of the Committees are as detailed below:-

(A) State level Technical Committee (Infra) (SLTC-Infra):-

(B) 13-District Level Technical Committees (Infra) (DLTC-Infra) - One for each

District:-

Scope of the State Level Technical Committee (SLTC-Infra) and the District

Level Technical Committees (DLTC-Infra) :

State Level Technical Committee (SLTC-Infra):-

The SLTC (Infra) shall examine the following aspects and submit report to Government through the A.P.S.H.C.L. within a period of (30) days :

I. Sequencing of various infrastructure works to be taken up in YSR Jagananna Layout Colonies.

II. Standardization of designs, drawings and specifications for various infrastructure works proposed to be taken up in YSR Jagananna Colonies.

III. Recommendations for clustering of Projects (Layouts) for tender preparation and awarding of works.

IV. Preparation of standard bid documents for infrastructure works proposed to be taken YSR Jagananna Colonies.

V. Delegation of technical powers, technical sanctions to the District Level Technical Committees and the State Level Technical Committee.

VI. Mode of execution of works.

District Level Technical Committee (DLTC-Infra):-

DLTC (Infra) shall attend the following works basing on the recommendation of the State Level Technical Committee:-

I. Sequencing of various infrastructure works to be taken up in YSR Jagananna Layout Colonies.

II. Clustering of Projects (Layouts) for tender preparation and awarding of works. III. Preparation of standard bid documents for infrastructure works proposed to be taken YSR Jagananna Colonies.

IV. Mode of execution of works.

3) The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.

4) This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide Fin.U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0PC(WCDS)/73/2021-FMU-WDCWLETFH, dated: 22.09.2021.

5) This Order shall be published in www.apegazette.cgg.gov.in.
