5. The Officers are requested to submit pension papers as per G.O.Ms.No.356 , Finance & Plg . ( Fin . PSC ) Department , dated 28-11-1989 for verification of the Head of the Department , so as to forward the same to the Accountant General (A &E ) , A.P. , Hyderabad for necessary action .
6. The Director of Works Accounts , Ibrahimpatnam is requested to take further course of action in this regard .
