ORDER:
InPursuance to the NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNME Above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,20,641 /- (Rupees One lakh twenty thousand six hundred and forty one only) towards saving fund portion of contribution and interest thereon under Group Insurance Scheme to Sri B.L. Hanumantha Rao , Director (Retd . ) Department of Treasuries and Accounts , A.P. , Ibrahimpatnam and who was a member of the A.P. State Employees Group Insurance Scheme with a subscription of Rs.40 / - (Rupees forty only) per month towards Group B from 1.11.1988 to 31.10.1994, Rs.60/ - (Rupees Sixty only) per month towards Group A from 1.11.1994 to 30.11.1995 and @ 120/- (Rupees One hundred and twenty only ) per month towards Group A from 1.12.1995 to 31.05.2021 i.e. , as on the date of his retirement i.e. , 31.05.2021 . Calculation sheet is enclosed to this order .
