ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh Livestock Development Agency, Guntur in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord permission to the Chief Executive Officer , Andhra Pradesh Livestock Development Agency , Guntur to amend the rules and regulations of the District Livestock Development Association bye laws , as detailed below: -
The following Amendment is issued to the G.O.Ms.No.2 , AH DD & F Dept. , Dated: 05.02.2014.

on The elected members shall cease to be members the expiry of five years from the date they become member of the Executive Committee , but shall be eligible for re - appointment for another term , subject to maximum of two consecutive terms. a
The nomination proposals received from the proposing body under various categories of Executive Committee members Development Association are valid for first term of tenure of 5 years . Fresh nominations are to be submitted by the body for reappointment to the District Collector for approval of the members to next General Body and subsequent election to the post of Chairman of District Livestock Development of District Livestock Association .
2. The Chief Executive Officer , Andhra Pradesh Livestock Development Agency, Guntur, shall take necessary action accordingly.
