ORDER: -
Whereas , vide G.O. 3rd read above , disciplinary proceedings were initiated in respect of Sri T.V. Srinivasu , the then Regional Joint Director , WD & CW Dept. , Eluru , West Godavari , presently working as the Secretary , A.P. State Commission for Protection of Child Rights ( APSCPCR ) , Guntur , for violation of provisions of the Rule 3 of A.P Civil Services ( Conduct ) Rules , 1964 and misconduct by abusing & misusing his official position .
2. Whereas , vide representation 5th read above , Sri T.V. Srinivasu , while denying each charge has stated that he legitimately and righteously discharged his duties and no transgress beyond his authority . He was falsely implicated in the above suspension though all his acts are in accordance with rule of roster points and Government orders and the charges levelled against him are absolutely baseless and in view of his earlier services rendered by him to this Dept. , and also considering that he is also at the edge of retirement , requested to exonerate from the charges .
3. Whereas , Government after careful consideration of the entire matter have decided to appoint an Enquiry authority to enquire into the charges framed against the said C.O Sri T.V. Srinivasu , the then Regional Joint Director , WD & CW Dept. , Eluru , West Godavari , presently working as the Secretary , A.P. State Commission for Protection of Child Rights ( APSCPCR ) , Guntur .
4. Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of Rule20 of the A.P.C.S ( CC &A) Rules , 1991 , the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri N.Srinivasa Rao , Deputy Secretary to Government , Deptt . , for Women , Children , Differently Abled & Senior Citizens , A.P. Secretariat , Velagapudi , as an Enquiry Officer and Smt . R.Sreelatha , Joint Director ( Admn ) O/ o the Director , WD & CW , Guntur is appointed as Presenting Officer to inquire into the charges framed against C.O Sri T.V. Srinivasu , the then Regional Joint Director , WD & CW Dept. , Eluru , West Godavari , presently working as the Secretary , A.P. State Commission for Protection of Child Rights ( APSCPCR ) , Guntur .
