5. The Collector & District Magistrate, visa.khapatnam sha-ll draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 2 above to Ex.No.²⁸O⁴⁴⁴⁶-A Naik, subhan sheik (Ex-service Man), under intimation to Government.
