ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer in Chief , Vijayawada in the reference 5th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.110.00 lakhs ( Rupees one hundred and ten Lakhs only ) for the ( 2 ) road works ( 1 ) Providing BT Surface to the Road at Sunkaravaripalle of B. Kothakota ( M ) for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs and ( 2) Providing BT Surface to the Road at Padmavathi HW of Mudivedu of Kurabalakota ( M ) for an amount of Rs.60.00 lakhs in Tamballapalle Assembly Constituency , Chittoor district under Reconstruction of PR Roads grant for the year 2021-22 in relaxation of FRBM norms with the following Head of Account:

2. The Superintending Engineer , Panchayat Raj , Chittoor District should check and verify that the works sanctioned in para one above is not already sanctioned / grounded / semi finished under any other grants . Any discrepancy noticed is to be brought to the notice of the higher authority immediately who shall inform to Government for further necessary action . The above instructions shall be followed scrupulously . If such work / works as sanctioned in this GO is already grounded etc. , it may deemed to have been cancelled automatically and the same shall be informed to Government immediately for taking further necessary action .
3. The Engineer in Chief , Panchayat Raj , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada is requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the Utilization Certificates to Government soon after completion of the works in the stipulated time .
