NOTIFICATION
Whereas, in pursuance of the Notification issued by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh on 09.11.2021 under section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for election to the three (3) seats in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council by the Members of the Legislative Assembly, who were retired on the 31st May, 2021 on the expiration of their term of office;
And whereas, the Election Commission of India has issued Notification on 09.11.2021 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies the names of the members elected for the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council by the members of the Legislative Assembly along with their party affiliation below:
