In the G.O first read above, Government have accorded permission to hire (07) for use of the officials of the Raj Bhavan, Vijayawada.
RULES SUPPLEMENT TO PART I

In the letter 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary to Governor, Raj 2 Bhavan, Vijayawada has furnished proposal for according permission to hire four (04) vehicles (2 Nos - Innova Crasta) for the official use of Special Chief Secretary to Governor and (2 Nos - Swift Dezire) for various day to day works under common p0ol on hire basis in Raj Bhavan, Vijayawada.
Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Special Chief Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Vijayawada, hereby accord permission to hire two (02- Innova Crysta) vehicles for the official u s e of Special Chief Secretary to Governor and one (1 - Swift Dezire) vehicle is under common pool purpose.
4. The charges required for hiring of vehicles shall be debited to "130-Office Expenses-134-Hiring of Private Vehicles" of Office concerned. 5. The Special Chief Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly.
