LAW OFFICERS - KURNOOL DISTRICT - APPOINTMENT OF SRI M. VIVEKANANDA REDDY, ADVOCATE, AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF II ADDITIONAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE (II ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE), NANDYAL, KURNOOL DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central
Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated: 06-12-2000,
Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri M. Vivekananda Reddy, Advocate, as
Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge (II Additional
Assistant Sessions Judge), Nandyal, Kurnool District for a period of three (3) years from the
date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall
be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) per
month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)Department, Dated: 26-10-2018. The conditions
of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive
instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated: 06.12.2000.
