NOTIFICATION
Whereas, in pursuance of the Notification issued by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh on 16.11.2021 under section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for Biennial Elections to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council for (11) members from (8) Local Authorities' Constituencies i.e., Anantapur, Krishna, East Godavari, Guntur, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Chittoor and Prakasam Local Authorities' Constituencies for the purpose of filling 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V And whereas, the election to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council from (8) Local Authorities' Constituencies i.e., Anantapur, Krishna, East Godavari, Guntur, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Chittoor and Prakasam Local Authorities' Constituencies was uncontested and eleven (11) members have been declared as elected on 26.11.2021 by the concerned Returning Officers;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies the names of the members elected
