ORDER: -
In the reference 1st read above , the Director General , Anti - Corruption Bureau , A.P. , Vijayawada has requested to issue necessary budget release order ( BRO ) for an amount of Rs.5,00,000 / - for 3rd Quarters budget in relaxation of quarterly regulation for the F.Y. 2021-22 under the heads of A/ c -2052 - Secretariat General Services , MH . - 092- Other Offices , SH ( 05 ) -ACB , District Offices , 410 / 411 - Secret Service Expenditure .
2. In the reference 2nd read above , the Finance ( FMU -GAD.I ) Department have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- from the BE provisions 2021-22 in respect of 3rd quarter in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards Secret Service Expenditure and requested to issue of Administrative Sanction as per instructions issued in U.O. Note No. 29875 - A/ 1283 /A1 / BG.I / 2006 , Finance ( BG.I ) Department , dated 25.11.2006 .
3. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/ - ( Rupees Five Lakhs only ) to the Director General , ACB , A.P. , Vijayawada in respect of 3rd quarter in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards Secret Service Expenditure of Anti - Corruption Bureau Department during the current Financial Year 2021-22 .
4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para.3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account: 2052- Secretariat General Services , MH . - 092- Other Offices , SH ( 05 ) -ACB , District Offices , 410/411 - Secret Service Expenditure .
5. The Director General , Anti Corruption Bureau , A.P. , shall take further necessary action , accordingly .
