ORDER :
In the circumstances reported in the reference read above , Government after careful examination of the matter hereby sanctioned Earned Leave for (25 ) days from 06.12.2021 to 30.12.2021 to Sri Tuhin Sinha , IPS , Joint Director , Special Enforcement Bureau , Kurnool with permission to avail prefix public holiday and to leave the head quarters during the leave period for his marriage and marriage rituals .
2. Under FR26 (b ) (ii ) , it is hereby certified that Sri Tuhin Sinha , IPS (RR: 2017) would have continued in the existing Scale of Pay of I.P.S. but for his going on leave .
3. On returnfrom leave , Sri Tuhin Sinha , IPS ( RR : 2017 ) is reposted as JointDirector , Special Enforcement Bureau , Kurnool .
4. The Pay and Accounts Officer , Ibrahimpatnam shall make necessary entries in the Service Register of the Member of Service , accordingly .
