O R D E R:
In the reference read above, the Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Ltd., Vijayawada has requested the Government to sanction the Principal & interest amount of Rs.1,22,36,712/- (Rupees One crore twenty two lakh thirty six thousand seven hundred and twelve only) towards "Partial Redemption through Put Option of APPFCL Bond Series 1/2011 Option B on Rs.2.10 Crs @ 9.10%" due on 15.12.2021, for the period from 01.10.2021 to 14.12.2021.
2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for Rs.1,22,36,712/- (Rupees one crore twenty two lakh thirty six thousand seven hundred and twelve only) to APPFCL to arrange payment towards regular Principal & interest towards "Partial Redemption through Put Option of APPFCL Bond Series 1/2011 Option B on Rs.2.10 Crs @ 9.10%" due on 15.12.2021 for the period from 01.10.2021 to 14.12.2021 under HoA: 2801-05-800-00-11- 310-312 (Assistance to APTRANSCO Ltd for servicing of Vidyut Bonds) Current Financial Year 2021-22:
