5. Bills dt.02.12.2021 from Sandeep Car Travels , Mangalagiri , Guntur district for the month of October and November - 2021 .
ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,20,000-00 (Rupees One Lakh twenty thousand only ) i.e. , Rs.60,000-00 for the month of October + Rs.60,000-00 for the month of November to Sandeep Car Travels , Mangalagiri , Guntur district towards hiring charges of car bearing No.AP 07 TM 2245 being used by the Principal Secretary to Govt . , Department for Women , Children , Differently Abled & Senior Citizens for the months of October and November 2021 , duly deducting the I.T. @ 2 % i.e. , Rs.2400/ - payable to the Joint Commissioner , Income Tax , Hyderabad .
2. The amount sanctioned in para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the head of account " 2251- Secretariat Social Service Μ.Η. 090 Secretariat S.H. ( 10) Dept. for Women , Children , Disabled and Senior Citizens OfficeExpenses 134 Hiring of Private Vehicles . " 130 3. The Dept. for WCDA& SCs ( OP - Claims ) is requested to draw the above sanctioned amount and credit the same into A/ c No.2063102000003179 , IDBI Bank , Mangalagiri Branch , IFSC Code No.IBKL0002063 of Sandeep Car Travels , Mangalagiri , Guntur district
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department .
