FINAL CLOSURE OF THE AFFAIRS AND CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF THE CHILAKAPADU LAND COLONIZATION COOPERATIVE SOCIETY, J.NO.550 OF PRAKSAM DISTRICT UNDER SECTION 68 OF ANDHRA PRADESH CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT 1964.

ORDERS :

Whereas in the reference 1st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of the chilakapadu land colonization cooperative society, J.No.550, Prakasam Dist Under Section 64(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act 1964 and appointed Sri N.Srinivasa Rao,Senior InspectorO/o the SDLCO, Addanki, as liquidator. The liquidator reported that he initiated the action to secure the records of the society and to ascertain the Where abouts of the office bearers as well as members of the society and his efforts are proved in vain. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 7, 2021 And whereas the liquidator has reported that General Body Meeting was convened on 09.07.2021 at 11.00 A.M at the Chilakapdu grama panachayati office, Prakasam District, and the members of the society were not present .The liquidator has reported that no members is interested to run the society. Hence, it was decided to cancel the Registration of the society and recommended for finial closure of the society.

Further he submitted that a letter was addressed to the Thahasildhar S.N padu for the purpose of land particulars. But the Thahasildhar,S.N padu vide his letter R.c no:B/682/2021 dt: 29-10-2021 has informed that as per the records available in his office could found no particulars pertaing to chilakapadu land colonization cooperative societies and the villagers are also stated that there were no lands to the chilakapdu land colonization cooperative societies.

W hereas the liquidator of the Chilakapadu land colonization cooperative society,J.No.550,Prakasam Dist has submitted proposals in the reference 2nd cited for finial closure of the society and duly considering the report of the liquidator of the said society and in exercise of the powers delegated to the under signed under Sec.68 of Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act 1964, it is here by ordered for finial Closure of the affairs and cancellation of the Chilakapadu land colonization cooperative society, J.No.550, Prakasam Dist and the said the society shall cease to exist as corporate body from the date of order.
