In compliance with the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana in WP(C) No.37396/2017, the competent authority has agreedto the proposal Dated: 27.10.2021 of State Government of Andhra Pradesh for re­allocation of Smt. Attiq Unnisa, Court Master, APAT to Telangana State. Accordingly, [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I the order No. A-11014/10/2014-AT (Part-2) Dated: 04.10.2017 for allocation of the State Cadre employees working in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT) between both the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, are partially modified to that extent with immediate effect.
