ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner , Rural Development , Andhra Pradesh , in the reference first read above , and in pursuance of the BROs issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for total amount of Rs . 104,86,18,000 / - ( Rupees One Hundred and Four Crore Eighty Six Lakh and Eighteen Thousand only ) towards implementation of NRLM - AAJEEVIKA for 1st tranche of 1st instalment of FY 2021-22 as below:
A. For an amount of Rs.36,43,67,000 / - ( Rupees Thirty Six Crore Forty Three Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 towards 1st tranche 1st installment under NRLM scheme for the F.Y.2021-22 .

2. The Commissioner , Rural Development is informed that , this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and he is also informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer's Receipt ( DOR ) is received .
3 . The Commissioner , Rural Development shall take necessary further action accordingly .
4. He is also requested to send up to date Utilization Certificates for the above expenditure including the previous expenditures incurred towards NRLM Scheme immediately .
