ORDER :
The CEO , Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty , A.P. Vijayawada , in the reference 2nd read above , has stated that the District Collector , YSR Kadapa District in his letter 1st read above has submitted a detailed report giving SHG No.13wise loan outstaAMARAVATLISATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15$ 20221 other financi6.1046 institutions in respect of SHG members of certain severely flood affected habitations in Rajampet Mandal of YSR Kadapa district . The facts submitted by the District Collector Kadapa in his detailed report are as follows :
i. Six Revenue Villages in Rajampet Mandal viz . , Gundluru , Mandapalli , Pulaputhuru , R.Buduguntapalli , Sheshambapuram and Thallapaka , are severely affected due to breach of Annamayya Project in the heavy rains and recent flash floods .
ii . The Villagers of these ( 6) Revenue Villages have lost their livelihood assets , livestock , properties and the SHG members present in these villages suffered huge losses and are in distress .
During the visit of the Hon'ble Chief Minister to some of these affected villages , the SHG members have represented their woes and requested for waiver of their outstanding loan amounts under SHG Bank linkage , Streenidhi , Unnathi & CIF loans due to heavy loss occurred to their families in the flash floods .
iv. The Hon'ble Chief Minister has assured to examine the request of SHG women members to explore the possibilities to provide appropriate relief measures to restore their livelihoods .
2. He has further stated that the District Collector has furnished the details regarding SHG wise loan outstanding details in respect of above said 6 Revenue Villages , which are as follows : -

The CEO SERP , while stating the above facts has submitted the proposal to Government with a request to examine and take appropriate decision to announce relief measures on wavier of the outstanding loan amount of Rs.8,98,14,058/ - to the women SHG members of 6 revenue villages in Rajampet Mandal of YSR Kadapa District , keeping in view the assurance given by the Hon'ble Chief Minister .
4. Government after careful examination of the above issue , hereby waive the total outstanding loan amount of Rs . 8,98,14,058 / - as on 30.11.2021 as a relief measure to the women members of SHGs of above said 6 revenue villages of Rajampet Mandal , YSR Kadapa District , who were affected severely due to breach of Annamayya Project in the heavy rains and subsequent flash floods , as one - time measure only keeping in view of the exceptional circumstances , as a special case .
5. The CEO SERP , AP , Vijayawada and the District Collector , YSR District Kadapa shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly .
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Dept. , vide Note # 8 and Note # 9 in e - file No. PRR01 - RD / 306 / 2021 - RD - III ( Computer No. 1584091 ) , Dt.10-12-2021 .
