ORDER
The Government of Andhra Pradesh is committed to augment inclusive growth of the State across different sectors and especially committed to provide impetus to the growth of the Electronics and the related components manufacturing.
2. In the G.O. 1st read above , in the view of tapping the potential growth and to generate large scale employment in Electronics Manufacturing Sector, Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued AP Electronics Policy vide G.O.Ms.No.5 dated 17.05.2021 . To handhold and to attract potential investments , certain incentives are extended based on the gestation period , amount of investment and employment generated .
3. In the G.O. 2nd read above , the Government has issued the operational guidelines for the administration of the incentives approved vide G.O. Ms. No. 5 , ITE & C ( Promotions ) Department, dated 17.05.2021 .
4. In the reference 3rd read above , the M/ s . AIL Dixon Technologies Pvt Ltd. has submitted DPR requesting to allot four sheds ( Shed No 1 , 2, 3 and 4) and certain incentives to set up assembly line , SMT line and packing line in YSR EMC , Kopparthy , YSR Kadapa for the manufacturing of Security Systems , Cameras , Digital Video Recorders ( DVR ) etc. ,
5. In the reference 4th read above , the State Investment Promotion Board ( SIPB ) discussed the proposal and have agreed and approved the recommendations of the State Investment Promotion Committee ( SIPC ) and made certain decisions .
6. The Government after careful examination of the proposal and in view of the recommendation of the State Investment Promotion Board ( SIPB ) here by issue the following orders pertaining to M/ s AIL Dixon Technologies Pvt Ltd. ,
a) To allocate four sheds ( 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 ) at YSR EMC Kopparthy on lease cum buy basis for 2,00,000 sq.ft. at the rate of Rs 1000 per Sq ft based on the rate recommended by APIIC keeping in view M/ s Dixon Technologies , construction cost of Rs . 974 / sft . at EMC -2 Tirupati .
b ) Agreed for payment of 50 % of the total shed cost upfront and the balance 50 % over 3 years in equal quarterly instalments with interest rate at 7% per annum .
c) To execute the sale deed on 100 % payment of shed cost and post commencement of commercial production duly fulfilling the investment and employment commitments as perDPR.
d) To allow the expansion and consolidation of production of Security Surveillance Equipment manufacturing at YSR EMC Kopparthy duly utilizing the existing machinery within 6 months from the date of handover of possession of the sheds , subjected to the condition that the consolidated plant and machinery shall be restricted to INR 27 Cr only. Such consolidated plant and machinery / equipment will be considered for investment subsidy in YSR Kopparthy .
e) All other incentives as per AP Electronics Policy 2021-24 in Zone - B.
f) APIIC to lease the sheds 1 & 3 of EMC -2 , Tirupati , to Dixon group of companies as perthe existing terms and conditions of lease .
7. The VC & MD APIIC is requested to take necessary action in the matter .
