ORDER :
In G.O. read above , Government have appointed Sri Gitesh Sarma , IFS ( Retd . ) as Special Officer (International Cooperation ) .
2. In continuation of the above orders , Government hereby assign the following functions to Sri A. Gitesh Sarma , Special Officer ( International Cooperation ) :
a) Coordination with all Embassies
b) Support to AP Non - Resident Telugu Organizations
c) Support to Economic Development Board
d) Advice to different Departments regarding International Cooperation .
3. All the Department of Secretariat are therefore requested to consult / interact with the Special Officer ( International Cooperation ) on the issues referred to above and route e - files to the Special Officer ( International Cooperation ) to his e - office login-GITESH SARMA SO(GS) SPECIAL OFFICER( IC ) -GAD01 . They are also requested to invite Sri A. Gitesh Sarma , Special Officer ( International Cooperation ) to the all the meetings of investment corporations as a special invitee .
